What if I overpaid / underpaid for my order?

In most circumstances, our online website payment is able to make exact payment for the order and there will not be any discrepancies unless there are differences with the order made and the artwork file given. 


In the case that you have

Overpaid: 

We will make a partial refund to your bank account. You will receive an email in regards to the refund being made for the transaction. 


Do note that refunds will take 7 working days to process even after we have initiated the refund on our end. 


Underpaid: 

You will need to make a top-up payment for the remaining amount. Not to worry, you will be guided by our sales specialists on the steps on how to do so.
