If you have just made payment online: 
Do give our website a few minutes to update your payment if it is still showing "pending  payment" 


You should be able to receive an email confirmation on your order. 


How to check on your website? 

Head to your order dashboard, you should be able to see "Order Received" or " Processing" if your payment has gone through. 


If you made a payment offline: 

Do contact us via our live chat and provide your order number so we can assist you with the checking.
