If I upload a low-resolution file to print and agreed for it to print. Will you assist me to get it printed with high resolution?

We regret to inform that we are unable to make any changes to a low resolution file to make the quality any better for printing.
We can recommend on a case to case basis to let our corporate partners who are trained in this field to help you out with the artwork file.
