I am having difficulties uploading my file. What should I do?

File Size too big:
Do try to resize your artwork file(s) to below 300mb, so that you are able to upload your file.
Low Resolution:
Check your file and make sure that you have a file resolution of at least 150 dpi and above in order to be able to upload it to the website.
Wrong File Type:
We only accept these file formats as well : .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd, .tiff, .tif, .zip, .png
